Day 1: Nyakalengija (1615m) to Nyabitaba Camp (2651m)

Day 2: Nyabitaba to John Matte Camp (3505m)

Day 3: John Mate Camp to Bujuku Camp (3962m)
From John Matte Cottage the path drops down to cross the Bujuku River and enters Lower Bigo Marsh, the domestic of mammoth lobelias.

Day 4: Bujuku to Kitandara Camp (4430m)
